Student program
The week-end preceding the conference will be dedicated to student activities. This includes a session of accelerators tutorials on Saturday 16th, a specific technical training on Sunday morning for granted students and a poster session on Sunday afternoon and open to all conference attendants.
Student Tutorials
A program of lectures for students is programmed on Saturday, May 16 (full day) at the conference center.
The lectures will take place in the Thalasso auditorium in the main conference building. They will give an overview of the different topics discussed during the conference.
Granted students and participants registering with “student fee” are obliged to attend the tutorials.
For compulsory and exceptional cases please contact the Local Student Grant Programme Manager.
Students must register to the conference at the registration desk on Saturday, May 6 from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
A specific Indico page will be announced with the program.
Student Prizes
Best student posters, will be awarded to 2 students whose work, presented in the special student poster session (Sunday, May 17, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm) is particularly meritorious. Each winner will receive a cash prize of 500,00 EUR, presented during the Accelerator Prizes Special Session during IPAC’26 on Thursday, May 21 afternoon.

Students Technical training to assist during the conference.
Granted students are obliged to act as scientific secretaries (assisting the Session Chairs/running microphones) during the conference sessions.
The training and information about the organization will take place in the Conference center on Sunday morning May 17th at 9h30.
