Poster sessions

Monday May 18th – Thursday May 21th - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Setup from 8:30 am)

Assigned poster boards will be ready each morning from 10:30 am. All presenters are asked to hang their posters as soon as possible in the same morning of their assigned poster session. This way all delegates will be able to study them ahead of the poster session and come prepared with specific questions. Presenters are required to remove their posters at the end of the session. Any poster left on its poster board after 6:30 pm will be removed.

The Conference Organisers will provide all necessary materials for hanging posters, including tape. The poster preparation guidelines are identical for the Standard Poster Session, the Student Poster Session and the Invited Posters Session. https://www.ipac26.org/poster-guidelines/

Presenters are required to remain near their poster for the entire duration of their assigned session. The poster police will verify the presence of presenters, failure to be present may result in the paper not being published.
