inDeauville Convention Bureau is the official agent of the GANIL for accommodations of IPAC’26. InDeauville Convention Bureau is part of the town’s tourist office and its profits will go towards developing tourism in Deauville territory.

If you wish to stay longer, either before or after the conference in the same hotel, please contact In Deauville and they will assist you for your reservation at: InDeauville
In case of any modification to your reservation this procedure will also ensure that the changes are applied for the entire duration of your stay in Deauville.

Booking Process for Granted Students:
• The four hotels will be reserved primarily for students who have been awarded a grant.
• Once grant recipients receive their confirmation, they will have one week to select their preferred hotel via a form on the Indico website.
• In this form, students may indicate the name of another student with whom they wish to share a room. If no preference is specified, the IPAC’26 organising committee will arrange room assignments.
Due to some delays in grants attribution, the students hotels booking process will also be delayed and is expected to open by mid-February.
Booking Process for Non-Granted Students:
• After grant recipients have made their selections, the accommodation form will open to all other students (without grants).
• These students will also choose their preferred hotel and may indicate a roommate preference. If no name is provided, the IPAC’26 team will allocate rooms accordingly.
Confirmation:
• Hotel bookings will only be confirmed once students have registered and paid the “student fee.”
