Childcare opportunities

To allow parents of young children to attend the conference, we have been working with several local service provider to offer childcare possibilities during the conference.

Although, several hotels offer child care possibilities during day time. Some hotels offer day care for babies as young as 3 months old up to teenagers. After investigating several possibilities the Local Organizing Team (LOC) came to the conclusion that the solutions offered by these hotels are the most economical for the conference participants with the negotiated rates we have in our offer.
