To simplify the organisation of your travel we have organised bus transfers directly to Deauville from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport and Orly airport (ORY) on Sunday May 17th.

Busses are also arranged from the conference center to Paris airports and Paris city center on Friday after the conference. This might be an option if you wish to visit Paris after the conference.

The costs of the shuttle bus organised by IPAC’26 is 40€ TTC one way. You will have to sign up for the bus during your registration procedure. You can always add the bus travel at a later stage during your registration procedure.

A few weeks before the conference we will contact those of you that have signed up for bus transfers to ask for your flight details to optimize and communicate about the bus schedules

At the moment you can count on a bus transfer every 2 hours between 8h00 to 16h00 from the airports arriving in Deauville 3h later (latest arrival 19h).

Busses can be organised for Saturday evening if requested by several participants. For those who arrive late on Saturday 16th we recommend to stay overnight at one of the many hotels at the airport and then reserve a shuttle for Sunday morning towards Deauville.

Train connection : Go to the Saint-Lazare train station, by taking firstly the RER B subway (to the Gare du Nord train station), followed by the RER E regional train.

You may reach the Saint-Lazare train station also by RoissyBus directly from CDG to Opera (about 1 hour journey). There is a 15min. walk from Opera bust stop to the Saint-Lazare station.

The journey from Paris Saint-Lazare railway station to Deauville-Trouville railway station station takes approximately 2 hours.

You can take a flixbus from Paris to Deauville. There are different bus stations in Paris. Please consult the website flixbus
