Paper preparation

Instructions

All contributions properly presented at IPAC’26 by a registered author can be published in the conference proceedings on the JACoW.org website.

For every contribution, authors are encouraged to submit a paper that respects the paper guidelines. Use of the official JACoW 2026 templates is mandatory. For IPAC’26, customised templates will be provided to ensure that the date in the paper matches the metadata in Indico. More details about this will be posted here shortly. Please use this customised template before starting to write a paper, even if you are an experienced author and/or have submitted a paper in a previous JACoW conference. Do NOT reuse the source file from a previous paper to avoid the use of possibly old template parts.

The deadline for the submission of paper contributions to the proceedings is:

Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 23:59 CEST (UTC+2)

The Editor in Chief reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that do not meet a reasonable level of preparation.

Quick summary

  1. Use the customized template for your contribution (the link will be available here soon).
  2. Write your paper by following the paper guidelines.
  3. Submit the paper through the IPAC’26 Indico pages.

Notes for papers undergoing the Light Peer Review

Authors wanting to publish their contributions as a Light Peer Reviewed paper must first upload their files by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 23:59 CEST (UTC+2).
