Invited posters - highlighted area
A dedicated exhibition area will be designated for the ten invited posters. Assigned poster boards will be available each morning from 08:30. Invited presenters are kindly requested to install their posters as early as possible on the morning of their scheduled display day and by 11:00 at the latest in order to ensure optimal visibility throughout the day.
Each invited poster may be accompanied by a paper of up to five (5) pages. The preparation and formatting guidelines for both the paper and the poster are identical to the general submission guidelines of the conference.
Presenters are required to remove their posters at the conclusion of their assigned display day. Posters remaining on the boards after 18:30 will be removed by the Organising Committee.
