IPAC'26 is an in-person event
We firmly believe that IPAC presents an extraordinary opportunity for the entire accelerator community. It brings together experts, allowing the engineers, scientists and younger generation to meet.
During the conference we organise as well as the scientific presentations an exceptionally large industrial exhibition and a specific industrial session. These events aim to provide industry leaders with a platform to showcase their latest technological advancements in particle accelerators. Additionally, they offer engineers and scientists the chance to engage with the large industrial community regarding ongoing and futur projects and their specific needs. Students, in particular, have a unique opportunity to present themself and discuss with the industry on their futur plans and projects.
These goals are best achieved through direct interpersonal relationships, which we strive to foster throughout the conference. This includes our scientific program and various social opportunities such as coffee breaks, dedicated sessions and evening events.

The above mentioned fees include VAT 10%
Full registrations can be purchased with bank transfer untill April 17, 2026.
After April 17, only registration by credit card will be accepted.
All badges under “Exhibitor” categories (incl “Exhibitor extra pass”) will include :
NAME – SURNAME – NAME OF THE EXHIBITOR.
Registration procedure
To register and attend the conference, all participants must have a JACoW account.
Please ensure you have an account, as it is necessary for registration, grant requests, and abstract submissions.
This requirement applies to everyone, including students, invited speakers, industrial participants for the exposition, scientific editors, and local staff.
JACoW account
All participants must have an account within the JACoW Repository, before registering.
If you need to create a JACoW account, please go to the : JACoW (Indico) page .
Follow the instructions to create an account if necessary.

Before registration, we recommend checking your personal data in the Central Repository.
It is crucial to ensure that all information, such as your email address and main affiliation, is up-to-date. This data will be used in the Indico system for all communications and information from the organizers. Please make sure this information is accurate at all times by clicking on the “Modify Your Profile” link.

- Personal data (already filled in with your JACoW account information)
- Registration Type and Fee
- If needed you have a possibility to request a invitation letter for Visa
- Information if participation in Social events (free of charge)
- Reservation for lunches (extra fee)
- Reservation for transports (extra fee)
- Registration for Infrastructure tours (extra fee)
You can make changes to your registration up until April 30, after this date please contact the registration office.
Ones you have signed up and even though you made a first payment for the conference you will be able to come back and sign up and pay for extra options as: transport, lunches and site visites.
Confirmation email:
When you have answered all question and pushed on the “Apply” button your registration is made.
You will receive a confirmation email from registration@ipac26.org summarizing all the items selected and the final costs.
Should you not receive it, please check your spam box or contact the Registration Secretariat at the above mentioned email adress.
Please do not register again.
Some registration fees requests verification before the registration type is validated. When this is performed you will receive a second email indicating that “your registration is now unpaid”. You can then follow the link in your email indicating to go to “checkout” for proceeding to payment options. Or you can then log into the INDICO site again and follow the “Check-out” sign in the end of the page.
Payment options
There are two payment options available:
- Credit card payment
- Wire transfert
When we have received the payment we will make a control check for the sum and personal details are correct.
