Satellite meetings

Meeting rooms located at the Conference Center will be available for satellite meetings during the conference (May 18th to May 21st) during lunchtime.

Satellite meetings are expected not to conflict with the programme of the conference. For such reason the Conference organisers reserve the right not to accept meetings open to the general audience which may overlap with the conference program.

Details about these rooms and costs for reservation will be available after fulfilling the application form on the indico reservation page.

Reservation will be done on a first come, first served basis.

All meeting rooms are equipped with projector, screen.
Additional requests as laptop for presentations, microphones, slide advancer with laser pointer, catering, will be on the satellite meeting organisers own cost.

Meeting organisers are financially responsible for any equipment needed or any damage to the premises.
At the end of the meeting, the room must be left in the same condition prior to the meeting.

Meeting rooms located in Deauville can be recommended by the conference organisers.

Details about different rooms and costs (for AV equipment,  catering etc) will be send after filling out the formula on indico.
